Payment Terms for Affiliate Marketing: 

Commission Structure:

Affiliates will receive a commission for each qualifying sale or action generated through their unique affiliate links. The commission structure will be  5%  for each sale. 

Payment Schedule:

Payments will be made on a regular schedule, typically monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly, as agreed upon in the affiliate agreement. The specific payment dates and frequency should be clearly communicated to affiliates.  Payment Method: Affiliates may be given the option to choose their preferred payment method, such as bank transfer, PayPal, check, or other electronic payment methods. The chosen payment method should be specified in the affiliate agreement. 

Currency:

The currency in which payments will be made should be clearly stated, especially if affiliates are located in different countries or regions with different currencies.

Refunds and Chargebacks:

Payments to affiliates may be subject to adjustments for refunds, chargebacks, or other deductions as outlined in the affiliate agreement. Affiliates should be informed of any deductions from their commission payments due to refunded or disputed transactions. 

Reporting and Tracking:

Affiliates should have access to accurate reporting and tracking of their referred sales, leads, and commissions earned. Transparent reporting ensures affiliates can monitor their performance and earnings accurately. 

Termination and Holdbacks:

The affiliate agreement may include provisions for termination of the affiliate relationship and holdbacks on payments in case of breach of contract, fraud, or other violations of the affiliate program terms. 

Taxes and Compliance:

Affiliates are responsible for any taxes or regulatory compliance related to their earnings from the affiliate program. The affiliate program operator may provide necessary tax documentation as required by law. 

Amendments:

The payment terms outlined in the affiliate agreement may be subject to change, and affiliates should be notified of any updates or amendments to the payment terms in a timely manner.
